Power Seraya Terminal

Jurong Island, Singapore

Scope of Works

The project provides more operational functionality which allowed 2 Aframax Class vessels (120,000 DWT) to berth simultaneously, and smaller size vessels (6000DWT) at the sub-berths area. The package includes upgrading of the existing jetties’ infrastructures to a larger capacity and the addition of a new jetty.

Highlights

140 steel pipe piles with a diameter of 711mm, both vertical and raking piles, were installed into the seabed via reverse circulation drill (RCD) and other driving methods.

Pre-casting of the beams is carried out to ensure seamless continuity. The superstructure works were completed once the concrete topping have been casted within the precast elements as well as the cast-in items, such as the bollards and anchor bolts.
