Vibrant and unabashedly open, the open-concept office promotes discussion and camaraderie among employees. Small group meetings are held in one of the many creatively themed rooms that line the office. We gather for workshops in the Pavilion, a bright and conducive space for learning. True to our commitment to develop our people, the pavilion sees a variety of activity-based learning and sharing.
Not one to sacrifice playtime, HSL keeps things balanced with spaces to work, play and recharge. We were recognised for excellence in Employee Work-Life Balance and awarded Silver at the HR Excellence Awards 2015 organised by Human Resources Magazine, as well as the Leading HR Practices Award 2016 in Employee Engagement & Workplace Harmony, organised by the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
