Capitol Theatre Restoration

We were appointed as the specialist piling contractor for this project by the main contractor, Shimizu Corporation. Piling works for this project were conducted in an extremely sensitive environment with a limited tolerance for vibration and noise. To overcome such constraints, we designed a new method for bored pile installation, as well as deployed specialised rigs that enabled us to work on the road in close vicinity of heavy vehicular traffic.
